Site Representative – Offshore

We are seeking an experienced Site Representative – Offshore to oversee scaffolding, painting, coating, rope access, and related offshore activities. The role will be responsible for contractor coordination, work planning, HSE compliance, quality, productivity, and safe execution of offshore operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• 9–10 years of Oil & Gas industry experience, with offshore experience required.
• GCC experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial coatings, corrosion protection, and surface preparation.
• Understanding of scaffold inspection, certification, and habitat management.
• Proven experience managing offshore contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Physically fit and capable of working in an offshore environment.
• Good computer literacy and reporting skills.
• Good English communication skills are required.
