Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead business process and operational excellence initiatives within the utility sector. The successful candidate will drive large-scale transformation and enhancement engagements, manage stakeholders at all levels, and provide strong project and change management leadership, from information gathering and analysis through to delivery and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of overall professional experience, including a minimum of 10–12 years in relevant Utility Business / Operational Excellence roles.
• Strong Project Management credentials (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
• Traceable experience in large-scale engagements and critical practice areas such as digital transformation and/or enhancement projects, integrated business design, and enterprise architecture
