About the role
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Advisors to drive sales performance, deliver exceptional customer experience, and support store operations within a fast-paced retail environment. This is a full-time position based in Doha, Qatar.
What we're looking for
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–4 years of frontline retail sales experience in Qatar
- Experience in telecom or device sales is highly preferred
- Proven track record in achieving individual and store sales targets
- Strong understanding of customer engagement and retail sales processes
- Advanced level of English is mandatory
- Experience with telecom operators or major retail brands is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Proven ability to promote, upsell, and close retail sales
- Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong product knowledge (mobile devices, accessories, telecom services preferred)
Availability & Eligibility
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Valid QID with a minimum of 3 months validity is required
- Flexibility to work in retail shifts
