Recruitment Manager – Engineering & Contracting

We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Manager – Engineering & Contracting to manage the end-to-end hiring process for all engineering and manufacturing roles. This is a full-time position open in Qatar and the UAE.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in recruitment with a preference for engineering and manufacturing sectors.

Skills & Competencies

• Management of the recruitment process for engineering and contracting roles to ensure efficient and timely hiring.
• Development and execution of sourcing strategies to attract top talent for critical project requirements.
• Collaboration with department heads and hiring managers to understand specific staffing needs.
• Tracking of recruitment metrics to provide accurate updates on time to hire and candidate quality.
• Maintenance of a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs across various technical roles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills alongside high organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools with extensive knowledge of local labor laws.
• Professional fluency in English is required.
