About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Operations Officer to manage employee lifecycle processes, ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws, and deliver high-quality HR support within a structured and regulated environment.
What we're looking for
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations (banking or financial services preferred)
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR best practices
- Experience working with HR systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar HRIS)
- Previous experience in Islamic banking is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience managing end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding)
- High attention to detail with strong documentation and compliance focus
- Ability to manage HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee records accurately
- Strong coordination with government entities for visa, QID, and labor processes
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Strong stakeholder management and employee support capability
