Fleet Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Supply Chain Coordinator to manage procurement of spares and unserviceable components for aircraft maintenance. The role involves releasing purchase and repair orders, negotiating with vendors, and following up on ageing orders, invoices, and open POs. Working closely with material planning and base maintenance, the coordinator will support spares preloading during checks and manage quotation approvals in line with the DOA.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management/business administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of job-related experience is required.
• Work experience within the aviation industry in Supply Chain (Purchasing or Repairs).
• Specialization in Supply Chain Management preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to release and manage various order types (PO, RO, EX, LO & SV) against requisitions within agreed timelines.
• Skilled in sourcing parts, reviewing vendor quotations, and initiating negotiations to secure better discounts.
• Ability to prepare comparison sheets of quotes received and upload for DOA approval.
• Sound judgement in selecting suppliers and freight forwarders within company procurement and logistics contracts.
• Strong follow-up discipline on open orders, SDRs, invoices, and repair orders to meet lead-time and credit term commitments.
• Ability to understand aircraft-related documents including IPC, SB, RSPL, and CMM.
• Understanding of Trax ERP system and MEL categories preferred.
• Skilled in coordinating effectively across teams within Supply Chain and other sections for day-to-day operations.
