Business Finance & Analytics Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Finance & Analytics Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, business analytics, and performance management activities across the organization. The role will serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership by providing financial insights, data-driven recommendations, and advanced analytical solutions that support business growth, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Finance, Corporate Finance, Analytics, or related functions.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AI, Data Science, Data Analytics, Reporting, and Business Intelligence within a finance environment
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, and business performance analysis.
• Hands-on experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, and dashboard development.
• Ability to develop a clear business storyline, strategy and long-term plans based on data and financial insights.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation, finance transformation projects, or system enhancement initiatives.
• Strong experience using Power BI for data visualization and executive reporting
• Experience working with large datasets and translating complex information into actionable business insights.
• Experience working with senior leadership, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional business teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) expertise includes budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance management.
• Advanced financial modeling and business case development capabilities.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and SQL.
• Experience applying AI and data-driven insights to improve financial planning and reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in predictive analytics, scenario modeling, and business intelligence reporting.
• Understanding of AI-enabled financial planning and analytics tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering abilities.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and executive reporting skills.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify revenue growth and cost optimization opportunities.
