Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support business process improvement and operational excellence initiatives within the utility sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing data, re-engineering processes, and supporting the delivery of large-scale transformation and enhancement engagements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of overall professional experience, including a minimum of 5–8 years in relevant Utility Business / Operational Excellence roles.
• Project Management credentials preferred.
• Traceable experience in large-scale engagements and critical practice areas such as digital transformation and/or enhancement projects, operating model, integrated business design, enterprise architecture, asset management, customer insight studies, and innovation projects.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Business Process & Systems Reengineering.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and information-gathering skills.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Visio.
• Working knowledge of project management principles.
