Base Load – SAP Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst to support the implementation, deployment, integration, testing and post-go-live support of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE) processes. The role will focus on SAP SD/LE application design, business requirement analysis, external interface coordination, integration with related SAP modules and third-party systems, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution (LE)
• Good knowledge of SAP PP and PM modules and their integration with SAP SD
• Knowledge of related SAP module integrations; EWM integration is an added advantage
• Experience in analysing complex business process requirements and providing appropriate system solutions
• Strong ability to identify, interpret, validate and document business requirements
• Experience facilitating workshops to collect and clarify business requirements
• Ability to map business requirements, processes and objectives and develop appropriate system solutions
• Experience with SAP SD/LE design, configuration, customization and testing
• Experience coordinating and implementing external interfaces between third-party systems and SAP SD/LE
• Strong troubleshooting skills to investigate, analyse and resolve software and process-related issues
• Ability to identify gaps, issues and risks and recommend effective solutions, corrective actions and practical workarounds
• Experience handling changes and emergency transports for high-priority issues
• Ability to provide consulting support for new implementations and existing support environments
• Strong coordination skills with business functions and technical teams, including SAP Basis and other IT teams
• Ability to provide training, guidance and user support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes, tools and templates

Skills & Competencies

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in SAP Business Analysis or SAP Functional roles
• SAP SD, SAP ECC, or SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD and LE modules
• Experience with SAP PP and PM and related integrations is an added advantage
• Experience coordinating external interfaces between SAP SD/LE and third-party systems
• Experience working with business users, SAP functional teams, and technical teams to understand and deliver business requirements
• Strong experience in SAP application design, development/configuration, integration, testing, and post-go-live support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and IT management
